摘 要
本次畢業(yè)設計是根據(jù)自己在榆林煤炭出口集團楊伙盤煤礦實習期間收集到的煤礦地質資料,并且根據(jù)井田實際條件完成的礦井開采設計。楊伙盤煤礦位于陜西省神木縣與府谷縣交界處,神木縣店塔鎮(zhèn)境內,井田東西長6.6km,南北寬約4.4km,可采面積26.91km2。井田地質條件簡單,共有2、3、5三個煤層可采,煤層傾角1°以內,屬于近水平煤層。礦井設計可采儲量為186.13Mt,生產能力2.40Mt/a,服務年限54.5a。礦井瓦斯涌出量較低,屬低瓦斯礦井。
本礦井為平硐開拓,主副平硐位于井田南部邊界,井田中部設置回風立井,前期主水平位于三號煤層中,2號煤層中設置輔助水平,井田共分為六個盤區(qū),采用一次采全高綜合機械化采煤方法,全部冒落法管理項板。礦井投產后,形成主平硐、副平硐進風,回風立井回風,通風系統(tǒng)為中央分列式。井下主運輸采用帶式輸送機運輸,輔助運輸采用無軌膠輪車運輸。礦井年工作日為330d,井下采用“四六”作業(yè)制,每天三班生產、一班檢修,日凈提升時間16h;地面采用“三八”作業(yè)制。

Abstract
The graduation project is based on the Yanghuopan coal mines of?yulin?coal?export?group during the internship geological data collected by mining design, fully consider the actual situation, integrated throughout each production system to complete mine development. Yanghuopan coal mine is loated in the junction with Shenmu and Fugu country in Shanxi provice,.Vested in Shenmu country. Ida something long 6.6km, south width of 4.4km, mineable area is 26.92 km2. The?geological?condition?is?simple, an there?are?three?coal?seam?mine in. Within?the?angle?of?coal?seam?1%.It belongs to the nearly horizontal thick coal mine. Mine design recoverable reserves 186.13Mt, production capacity of 2.4Mt / a, length of service 54.5a.Mine?gas?emission?rate?is?low,?it should?be regard as?low?gas?coal?mine.
The mine is a double horizontal shaft with double adits to develop.Located on the 3-1 coal is the main level. 3-1 coal seam set the secondary level.Mine field is divied into six panels,using a fill height mining method of mechanized coal mining,all panels use the falling method to managed.After the mine into production,forming the main adits,vice adits into the wind.Return air vertical shaft back to the wind,ventilation systerm is the central discrete to point.Downhole the main transportation using convevor to transport,auxiliary transport using trackless rubber tire vehicle to transport.Mine was working for the 330d, downhole using "forty-six" operating system, three shifts a day production, class preparation, daily net lifting time 16h; ground using "three-eight" operating system.
