摘 要
本次設(shè)計(jì)內(nèi)容是支撐掩護(hù)式液壓支架總體及推移千斤頂設(shè)計(jì)。液壓支架與采煤機(jī)、刮板輸送機(jī)構(gòu)成綜采工作面設(shè)備,液壓支架不僅用來(lái)支撐頂板,推動(dòng)刮板輸送機(jī)工作面和自移式支架本身,而且還為綜采工作面的采煤設(shè)備提供一個(gè)安全的工作環(huán)境。因此正確的選擇和設(shè)計(jì)液壓支架對(duì)長(zhǎng)壁工作面采煤具有十分重要的意義。此外,由于對(duì)液壓支架需求數(shù)量很大,對(duì)其投資要占到長(zhǎng)壁采煤工作面初始投資的一半以上,所以,液壓支架是長(zhǎng)壁采煤工作面設(shè)備中十分重要的一部分。支撐掩護(hù)式液壓支架具有支撐式液壓支架和掩護(hù)式液壓支架的特點(diǎn)。所以,支撐掩護(hù)式液壓支架具有他們所具有的優(yōu)點(diǎn)。液壓支架作為回采工作面的一種支護(hù)設(shè)備,液壓支架在工作時(shí)能否取得良好的支護(hù)效果,跟液壓支架的架型,結(jié)構(gòu)有關(guān)。首先,通過(guò)作圖法確定支架的四連桿機(jī)構(gòu)各桿系的長(zhǎng)度;其次,對(duì)液壓支架的前梁、頂梁、掩護(hù)梁進(jìn)行受力分析,對(duì)支架上的載荷進(jìn)行計(jì)算;最后對(duì)推移千斤頂?shù)囊簤焊?、活塞桿等進(jìn)行強(qiáng)度效核,并畫出設(shè)計(jì)所需要的機(jī)械圖。
