摘 要
隨著汽車維修行業(yè)的發(fā)展，車輪拆裝機的需求量也在增加。但我國的拆裝機和發(fā)達國家相比還存在著巨大的差距，主要表現(xiàn)為產(chǎn)品可靠性差，壽命短，性能不夠穩(wěn)定，故障多及自動化水平低等。本課題設計生產(chǎn)的機器—快速車輪拆裝機兼拆胎，裝胎一體，拆裝機轉盤的轉動采用電機驅動，本次設計將松胎、卡爪的松緊兩部分的動力設備統(tǒng)一為氣壓機，它對于其他機械系統(tǒng)來說具有結構簡單，易制造，容易實現(xiàn)自鎖以及可以簡單地把充氣功能附加上去等優(yōu)點，這對于改善汽車維修行業(yè)工作條件具有現(xiàn)實意義。設計的內容包括：拆裝機的結構設計、輪胎拆裝機控制系統(tǒng)的設計。設計主要分為四個部分：第一部分是緒論，第二部分是車輪拆裝機的現(xiàn)狀及發(fā)展趨勢，第三部分是設計方案的擬定，第四部分是設計研究的內容。最后還包括結束語、致謝和參考文獻。

Abstract
