摘 要
隨著經(jīng)濟的發(fā)展，公路上高級轎車越來越多，道路清障車在作業(yè)時應(yīng)十分注意對事故車輛的保護，特別對一些新車、高檔轎車，應(yīng)必免因為作業(yè)中捆綁、擠壓以及運輸對事故車輛的損壞，特別對一些高檔轎車，應(yīng)避免因為作業(yè)中的捆綁、擠壓、以及運輸中的碰撞造成對事故車輛機件及外觀上的進一步損傷了改。RL5090背式清障車作為專用清障車的一種，它利用附加的液壓絞盤、液壓舉升裝置、跳板能夠?qū)κ鹿受囕v施行裝載運輸，實現(xiàn)對事故車輛的快速處理，并且不受事故車輛車速的限制，因此對RL5090背式清障車進行改裝設(shè)計。
在查閱大量相關(guān)資料的基礎(chǔ)上，深入分析了背式清障汽車設(shè)計的總體方案，對底盤、升降機構(gòu)、液壓系統(tǒng)、跳板、液壓絞盤以及相關(guān)附件等進行了合理選擇。并通過對底盤型號的選取，確定了整車性能參數(shù)。確定了對背式清障汽車的總體參數(shù)。此外，對改裝后的整車性能也進行了分析和計算，以確定是否能滿足國家標準。

ABSTRACT
With the rapid development of the modern logistics dustry, the fast and convenient cargo transportation industry becomes an inevitable direction. The combination lift vehicle is considered as a kind of the special lorry for carrying goods. By making use of an additional rear gate, the vehicle completes the self-lifting and self-unloading of the goods to make the loading and unloading operations achieve mechanization, thereby brings out the fast freight on some degree.
The article makes in-depth analysis of the program of the overall design on the basis of searching for a large number of relevant information, make a reasonable choice for chassis,
the tailgate lift, hydraulic system, rear gate and the related accessories. And also through the selection of the chassis, the article determines the performance parameters of the vehicle. On this basis, adding to the kinematics and mechanical analysis of the tailgate lift mechanism, it makes the identification and verification of the size of the tailgate lift’s movements. Meanwhile, adopting a hydraulic control system to controll each component, it carrys on the function of rising goods, lifting, and unloading goods, and though the design of hydraulic components, it determines the components of the hydraulic models. At this point, the article determines the overall parameters of the whole vechile. In addition, it makes the analysis and calculation for the whole after repacking to test whether it can meet the national standard.
