安全自查報(bào)告
After hotel safety meeti ng held on 13 Mar. 2008, ENG con ducted a self in spection for all pla nt rooms and workshops covered areas, the exist ing problems and rectificati on no tes as below:
2008年 3月13日酒店安全工作會(huì)議結(jié)束后工程部對(duì)所屬區(qū)域所有工作間和機(jī)房進(jìn)行了一 次自檢，其存在問題和整改結(jié)果如下：

水泵房和水泵值班室為了節(jié)能在無人值守時(shí)只留一路照明燈。
2. Daily inspection for pump room water tank cover locks and water level tags should be scheduled with proper log book recorded.
水泵房水箱蓋鎖和水位標(biāo)識(shí)必須每天檢查一次并有記錄。

3、ti on box in pump room to be clea ned.
水泵房電箱須清潔。
4. Storage in the tria ngle area outside gen erator room to be cleared.
發(fā)電機(jī)房外三角區(qū)雜物需清理。
5. Embedded socket on the wall of HV Switch room n eed to add white cover.
咼壓配電房?jī)?nèi)墻面上暗裝底盒需加白蓋板。
6. All fire ext in guishers in pla nt rooms and workshops must

各機(jī)房和工作間的每個(gè)消防滅火器都必須配置檢查卡，每月必須例行檢查。
7. The dust on the vent of Laundry drying mach ine duct must be clea ned each day, and the duct on the pla nts should con tact with HSKP to clea n.
洗衣房門口烘干機(jī)抽風(fēng)管道百葉風(fēng)口的棉塵必須每天清理。 植物上的棉塵須聯(lián)系管家
部清理。
8. Storage

西邊停車場(chǎng)風(fēng)機(jī)房雜物需清理，并上鎖。
9. The property bull headsi n Hazard Storeroom are in flammable materials ,n eed to con tact with Union to remove.
危險(xiǎn)品倉庫的牛頭道具屬易燃品，需聯(lián)系工會(huì)移走。
10. Paints in paint room to be moved to Hazard Storeroom.
油漆房油漆需移至危險(xiǎn)品倉庫。
All the above problems already rectified except the property of union we will follow up tomorrow.
以上問題除工會(huì)的道具沒有移出危險(xiǎn)品倉庫，需明天繼續(xù)跟進(jìn)外其余問題全部整改完 畢。
